cannot send messages using vtext

Hello, 

For a while we have been using verizon vtext to send email to text in order to monitor our inventory system. 

The messages stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I examined the message header and I am seeing the error message below. Could someone please help? I am not seeing my domain on any blacklists but it is apparently being blocked somewhere. thank you
