My LG dare is not able to send or receive picture or text messages. Just wondering if anyone else has had this trouble, and if there is a way to fix it. I've tried programming the phone with *228 with no luck. It is a preowned phone, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Thanks.

Are you receiving a specific error message when trying to send the messages? Have your voice services been working as normal? Do you typically use data on this device? Does the web browser or Media Center work? How long have you had the device? Does it show any signs of physical or liquid damage?
