cell phone pictures wrong color

I already know how to adjust the settings to take pictures in different colors, however; my phone was unknowingly set to aqua when I took a bunch and I wanted them in full color.  Can I change the pictures I took to color from aqua?

Chances are minimal, once the original is in a different tint, a second chance at the shot is usually what is needed. Try a different forum, like adobe photoshop or yahoo answers. Explain in detail what kind of phone the shots were taken with, number of pictures, and of course resolution. GL
