could not parse the name card

I see I am not the only one having this issue with messenger + , Phone is a brand new Note 10 with all current updates. My Note 8 did not have this issue. I switched because the Note 8 was dropping calls.  Please fix this app as I need the cross platform compatibility.

Using the message + app, I get the same error as many others "could not parse the name card" when using the regular messaging app i have no issues. The app is up to date and the phone is a week old Note 10.  My Note 8 had no issues. I have tried just about everything except restoring the phone.
