do you get charge roming when you use Verizon Messages out side of usa

when you   use  Verizon Messages to make a call     thru  Wi fii    do we  use  out mins from out plan  and  if you use it   international  do you get charge for ramming

Calling over WiFi using Verizon Messages is an exciting feature, josev1. As long as the connection is over WiFi and Mobile Data is turned OFF, you won't be charged as International Roaming.
