but the pictures they are .jpg but they're just BLACK she gets my photos and videos just fine but i can'tsee any that she sends me. i received a 27s video from a friend and it was 425.7 kb and was a .3gp w/e that means

I wish I had a better answer for ya. sounds like some compatability issue with something. I know thats really vague, but maybe it is your device as well. Maybe try having other people send stuff to you to verify this. It could be those particular files as well.

i have no clue because i receive forwarded pics and videos fine her its a hit and miss 😕 but thanks for trying to help me out
