You can only do so if you had previously backed it up and how to do so would depend on how you backed it up. Do you regularly back up your texts and if so, how?
I normally use SMS Backup & Restore which runs automatically each night and saves them to my Google Drive.
I also don't normally delete ANY text messages and have never had to restore my old texts aside from when I switch phones.

Of course if you routinely delete text messages immediately after reading them, backing up your available texts each night would not help for the messages you received during the day, read and then immediately erased.

Is there a way I can pull up whole text conversations and read them on my account. My ex-mother in-law somehow was able to pull up my text messages 3 years ago and read them when I was on her account.

We know that being able to see and read your text conversations is important, but due to privacy concerns and other factors, you're only able to view messages that are on your own device when using the default text messaging app, or Verizon Message+. If you're using our Message+ app as your messaging client, you can go to this link: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/verizon-messages-faqs/. Do you know what app (client) that you're using to send messages?
