  • Just this week I was able to create a group text that had 26 people in it. When I switched phones that was gone. Why? What happened to message plus from my Samsung Galaxy A51 to my Samsung Galaxy s20 to?

@thughes7  Group messaging is a great feature, and I'm sorry to learn about any issues with your new phone! This link provides you with the steps on how to create a group message with Verizon Messages+: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-209553/ At what step are you having an issue? What is the error message you're receiving?

I use to be able to name a group.  Add and remove people from it. and could or had as many as 26 people on the text.  Now I can not even find that feature.  I will look at your link

I tried the link.

My phone does not have a Create Group even on it.

It is like it has just disappeared.
