how do i download Messenger+ to my PC?

I too would like to know WHERE to go to download Messenger+ (not Messenger) to my Windows 10 PC (I already have it on my phone)

The link was provided earlier, i.e.,

then click Download Desktop App.

There is now windows version on the link provided

Where do you see it?   Following the link for 'Download the desktop app',  I see a Web Client access but NO Windows app to download.
