Assuming you backed them up to the Verizon cloud...

Open the Verizon Cloud App

Click the 3 vertical lines

Tools

Content Restore

From there I believe you select which content you want restored.

Brettlittlejohn, having access to important information such as text messaging is extremely important. It's a great way to save memories from friends and family as well as keep tabs on important business needs. Assistance is here. Let's ensure I have full understanding of how these messages were backed up as messages are not automatically saved unless you requested them to be. Are you talking about Verizon Cloud? Verizon Messages? Please explain what method was used to proceed.
