It says you can turn off intergrated messages how do I do that? What no one is understanding is that I've had the same prepaid plan for months and I've used Verizon messages with no problem it only became a problem when I switch to the iPhone 5c a few days ago

I am sorry you're having problems with this service. The last suggestion I have is to make sure the app is up to date and your account does not need to be replenished. We're unable to provide other steps, if the suggestions have not worked, you must contact your Prepaid Service for assistance. Have a wonderful day.
