if I block a number from texting, what do they see on their end when they try to send me a text?

if I block a number from texting, what do they see on their end when they try to send me a text?  Does it look like they sent it successfully (but I never recieve it)? Or do they get a notice saying the text didn't go through?

Customers who text your number will receive the reply: Message Failed.
