Take a look at the thread titled "Message+ Sync has stopped on all devices as of 7-Oct " Same question, lots of people with the problem, three Verizon people have chimed in already, and now it says "this question is assumed answered."

IT IS NOT ANSWERED! YOU ARE NOW THE FOURTH VERIZON PERSON TO ASK USELESS QUESTIONS INSTEAD OF HELPING! IT IS TIME TO GET THIS ABOVE THE LEVEL OF YOU TALKING HEAD DRONES AND GET A VERIZON ENGINEER INVOLVED!

COME ON VERIZON, ADMIT YOU CREATED A PROBLEM AND TRY TO GET IT FIXED!
