international message is not received

International message and verification code is not working from Europe. Trying to do banking and there is no problem at their end as the message is sent but never gets here. Also, yes the number is correct, dialing is correct. 

Spent enormous hours with some customer service reps. who where unable to help and just kept saying to contact the bank.

Now going in circles one pointing to another, however not able to reach my finances.
