message is not syncing on windows 10

Message+ does not sync on windows 10, it was fine a few days ago. I have un-installed and re-installed 3 time and still have the same proplem. It looks like it is trying but never finishes.

We definitely want you to be able to utilize your Message+. May I have you clarify where you are accessing this? Is it on your mobile device, tablet, pc, etc? Also what make/model you're using?
