I have been using Message + for several months on my Samsung Galaxy S9 and I keep getting prompted to reactivate my service and it does not show the correct number on the device. If I check under my contacts my number is also incorrect there. Is this an issue with Message +. If I delete the app then my phone corrects itself and has my correct number listed under my contacts and device settings.

Heatherd94, this certainly is an unusual message. While we have not received any reports of issues, let's work to get to the bottom of this. Do you recall adding any new apps, games or software to the phone recently? Has the SIM card been used with another phone in the past? Does this happen when connected with Wi-Fi or the cellular network?

1(800)922-0204 Our phones got a call from this number saying our "Dear Verizon customer your account has been suspended for verification to reactivate your account using the automated system press one to speak to a representaive...."-- received today October 9, 2018 at 1:06 PM EST. Obviously bogus from other posts on the internet.
