Why don't the contacts from my Samsung S8 show in the contact list on the messenger+ contacts on My Windows 10 PC messenger+ app

We want Verizon Messages to be a smooth experience no matter what device you use. I know I rely on my contacts. What shows up for contacts on the web app? How do you back your contacts up?

When I click on "Contacts" in the Windows 10 PC version of the Messenger+ app I see 45 total Contacts. When I click on the create a message icon (bottom right of the Conversations screen) and then click on the Contacts icon next to the To: box (to select a contact) I see all 84 contacts in my contacts list in my Messenger+ app on my Samsung.
How do I fix the Windows PC version of Messenger+ to have my entire contacts list available?
The only possible fix that occurs to me is perhaps re-syncing the integrated messaging? I haven't used Message+ in some time, but I believe you can do so by going to the app on your phone, pressing the menu button, selecting settings, then scrolling down to the Integrated Messaging Features, where you could try deactivating and reactivating your account.
We can’t have you missing your contacts online as it comes in handy. Where do you backup your contacts (Verizon cloud, gmail)? Have the full amount of contacts ever shown up online?
