Messenger + is not updating or refreshing. There are replies that are not showing on my iphone 7plus. I restarted and still not working. Any suggestions?

lizny, I know it's imperative that your Verizon Messages (Message+) application is working by design and that your text messages are delivered/updated on time. Do you have this issue while connected to Wi-Fi, our 4G LTE network or both? Please use the link attached to ensure that the Message+ app is up to date via the App Store.
