I switched recently from the iPhone 4 to the samsung galaxy s4 and am not getting the majority of my texts…I have already deactivated my iPhone from my apple id…I even deleted my phone number from my apple id and it is still not working…someone help!!!! This is a large part of my business and is costing me a lot of money.

Oh no, sorry to hear you are not receiving most of your text. I know how much I rely on my text messages so let's get to the bottom of this for you! Have you turned off your iMessage feature on your iPhone? Even if deactivated on from your Apple ID it may need to be turned off. Also, have the iPhone users try to reset their network settings to ensure their iPhones recognize your phone is no longer an iPhone. http://vz.to/KdPHV0 Please keep us posted if additional assistance is required.
