office 365 can't send messages to vtext addresses

I send about 10 messages per day to verizon users. About 3 weeks ago the messages began taking up to 24 hours to send. Now they will not send at all. Below is the error message it sends back to my email. Could you help me understand what I need to do to start sending again?
