Can you elaborate? What do you mean by "missing time"?? There is a lag of 12-24 hours before voice calls show up, and a bit longer on the text message details for the current billing cycle but it's not "missing", it just hasn't shown up yet. Or do you mean on your bill detail for previous months? Perhaps no calls or messages were received during that time?
