problem with international texting

I have a friend that lives over in Ireland, and for some reason, he receives my text messages, but I don't receive his replies. He has a Vodafone with an international plan. He tells me that he has been sending me texts but I'm just not getting them! What's wrong and how can it be fixed?

Are you able to receive domestic text messages from people with other carriers?

yup. i get texts from people who have other carriers.

Do you know if HE has trouble sending text messages to any one else or is it only when he sends to you that the text isnt going through?

it's just me. he's been able to text one of my friends who has verizon as well

I'd go ahead and give CS a call and see if they can help troubleshoot your account to make sure everything is working on their end.
