red nose day text donation not showing up

Back on  24 May I sent a text to donate to red nose day.

I received a reply text confirming it but the text /charge do not show on my online history.

What is going on?

We definitely want to make sure your short code messages are working so that you can be confident your donations are received, rish2360. While I wouldnโ€™t be able to confirm the donation as that is not through Verizon, I wanted to gather some additional details. Can you tell me more about how you attempted this donation? Was this a short code text message (5 numbers instead of 10, as an example)? Have you had trouble with short code text messages before?

Yes I have had text donation troubles before.Was short code 80077... showed on phone as 800-77.Text was made May 24th at 8:22 pm.Screen capture attached.
