Can I remove my text messaging bundle online?

  1. Log into MyVerizon. You'll need to log into the primary account holders name
  2. Under account actions select change features
  3. Select the phone line you want to change texting to
  4. Go to the text messaging section and select Remove
  5. Scroll down a bit and select continue

Thanks for your reply.  I tried that on the primary holder's account, but it was not an available option. I could upgrade my messaging bundle but there was no way of removing it. I'm guessing I'll have to actually call or go into a verizon wireless store.
