I am using the verizon message+ app. I manually deleted three text messages, and I am trying to get them back. I assumed I'd be able to use the backup option, but it looks like backup from SD card is the only option, and when I click that it is a blank screen. I am not sure if these are able to be restored from the cloud, or if they were removed once I deleted them. But my cloud was also full (i upgraded today) and I'm not sure the messages were ever saved there to begin with? Is there any way I can get deleted messages back?
If a message saved to the Verizon Cloud, it can be retrieved and restored. Here is a helpful link, https://www.verizon.com/support/verizon-cloud-faqs/ If the message is deleted, it can't be restored. VCarter_VZW
