I notice while on a call I can't receive a group message, it want let me down load the message. Please advise
LADYROS03, we always want you to be able to take advantage of all your phone’s features. What type of phone do you have? Are you able to receive a group message while off of a call? Have you been able to receive group messages while on a call before?

I have the s7 and yes I can recievd group messages while I am off the phone. J
LADYROS03, let’s get your group messaging back to normal. Please tell us if your HD Advanced calling is enabled. If not please activate it, enable it, then retest your group messaging while on a call. The feature can first be activated in Apps>Settings>Activate Advanced Calling. Next please enable it by going into Apps>Settings>Advanced Calling>Turn it on with HD voice only. You can always turn it off when needed as well. Please notify us of the results after following these steps.
