When I send a txt msg, I get a message that says my sent outbox old is full. I look in my sent file and nothing is there. I called VZ customer svc & they said it is fixed - but it is not. When I send a msg it shows over 160 msg at the top of the msg. How do I fix this? Samsung says it is Verizon. Help. Where is this old outbox and how do I empty it?
PepperthePup, thank you for your inquiry. I understand this is a frustrating issue since it is prohibiting you from sending text messages. This is a software issue in the phone that we have seen on other Samsung Havens. We are still working on a software fix for a resolution, but in the meantime, our corporate stores do have a workaround that should resolve this for you.
