You have to be using Verizon Message+ with Integrated Messaging to view text messages online. Also, you can text online using one line's profile login at a time and you need the login/password for that line to do it. https://web.vma.verizon.com

You don't (if we're talking standard messaging apps). Unless you have physical access to the phones, you're not getting the contents. All you get is a time stamp, the number, an indicator if it was sms/mms and if it was sent/received.
CS doesn't have access to this information either. A team called VSAT does and they only give that to your attorney upon request if it's a legal issue.

Hello, M111. We certainly will be happy to assist with any questions that you have on text messaging online. Sadly, there is not a way to read, send, and receive text messages online for one log-in on My Verizon for each of your lines of service. However, each line of service can register for My Verizon and be able to read, send, and receive text messages from their own individual My Verizon log-ins when registered for Verizon Messages. Below is a link you can click on to view how to set up Verizon Messages. http://spr.ly/6609yjLd1 BrettA_VZW
