I am using vtext on my verizon on my laptop, however I can't retrieve the replies.. help please!!!!
Great question, shortcake34! What a great service! I use it all the time. This is going to seem like a simple answer, but are you signed into your My Verizon account. In order to review your responses you are required to sign into your online account. Once you're signed in, the replies will auto pop into your account.
