I can't receive texts on the web based messenger, I can send them out and get them only from that person, but I can't get them if im being messaged first, why is that?

Using the online messenger is such a convenience, and I use it myself as well. Let's work together to ensure you are able to send and receive messages the way you are supposed to. When online, are you using the My Verizon login to send and receive texts, or did you download the Verizon Messages desktop application? Here is a link to the desktop application, just for reference (http://spr.ly/6607EIX1h). What happens if you use an alternate browser for messaging (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.)? Has the online messenger worked in the past, or is this your first time using it?
