In the last couple of weeks, texts emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org from my work domain are not showing up as texts on my phone anymore. I can email from my personal gmail account and it works. The emails don't bounce back, they just don't appear as texts. I checked with our work email hosting service and they said they see in their logs that the emails were sent without incident.
Is their anyway to get Verizon to check from their end and see if they can tell what has happened to them.
i see your having an issue with the texts on your device for work. i would be happy to assist you with this but here we dont work in business accounts. i would suggest that you call #8009220204 and select option 4. Don't push anything after that. This will route you to the first available representative. *Jennifer
