unblocking a blocked call

I was recieving calls froma  friend of mine in jail.. well hewas calling all the time so one time the options from the jail was 1.accept the call

2.deny the call

3. block this facility from calling you in the future.. i chose 3.. now is there a way to undo that?? since it wasnt something i did by set up options on my phone?? it was something i did on the jail automated message.. i came to the verizon home site looking to see if there was any hope there. an i have found nothing.. can anyone help?

Call the jail; since it was set up from their end I would assume they can change it back.

Yes you need to call the jail since it has nothing to do with verizon, we had a similar situation and I know that's how it works.  If the jail can't do it then you have to go through the company they use for collect calling like sprint or what ever.    Mary
