@vtext.com Emails (SMS Gateway) Sending Is Very Delayed and Bottlenecked

Hi there, I have emails being sent to employees and clients as notifications from my company. These emails send to standard, registered emails, as well as, SMS messages to addresses as follows: [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]. Suddenly, about a month ago, the SMS messages stopped going through with no errors on the client or email server side. Since then, I have worked to get the sending domain verified via DMARC and DKIM configuration, and also MAIL FROM Domain alignment (and it is verified successfully). I now can send some SMS messages successfully, but 99% are either VERY delayed (takes hours most times) or never arrive. Is is possible that my sending domain is being bottlenecked as it may have been flagged before being verified as such as spam or similar?

Thank you!

Vtext and VzPix were shut down - I thought it was back in December 2023, so am surprised you can get any functionality at all from those apps.  Business customers have a new app called EMAG to use.  If you have a contact person for your Verizon business account, get in touch with them as the Verizon reps who hang out at the forums can't access business accounts.  Otherwise, you'll have to try calling Business Support.
