VERIZON MESSAGES
Device not Provisioned. Messages will not be sent
What's broken with Verizon's website???
(The website also does not receive / display any existing messages when I am NOT on my Fios Home Network. SMH. Come on, Verizon. Fix your stuff. This is getting old. Time to change carriers???)

It appears you are not alone on the vtext notification notice. We cleared the cache, tried to login with several different browsers and none are working so it seems as though it is a Verizon issue #DevicenotProvisioned

Am getting this same message when I try to send a message. Also, the messages that were there are not displayed any longer. This is frustrating as everything was working yesterday morning.

Same for me and I'm using Xfinity/Comcast for my Internet service. Obviously, the website is broken and not accessing the Messaging database/server properly.
I submitted feedback on the website identifying the issue, did you and everyone else seeing this issue? Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I agree this happens far too often and takes far too long to "fix" their issues. I have AT&T on my other phone and it does perfect. Have Verizon prepaid for sons phone. He isn't mentally what his actual age is and I depend on this stuff and family link to keep him safe. Verizon is cheaper but starting to think it's worth more money even if I don't have it and will.havw all at&t phones.

This worked Saturday but not Monday or Tuesday May 8-9. Using CHROME browser. VZ MESSAGES starts, but will not send message to myself, which it used to do. Under SETTINGS - WEB ACCESS it says there is "No Browser Registered" as shown below.

We want your Verizon Messages to be working properly. Could you please tell us a bit more about the exact issue/error message you're experiencing? When did this start? Are you able to make groups with other contacts?
