Hello, why are emails to [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] and [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] not working? Is Verizon discontinuing this email to text feature? If so, I will be moving all 6 pf my lines.

This is a personal account. Phone number is {edited for privacy} and I am just sending one message, a short email to 512#######@vtext.com or 512#######@vzpix.com and it will not go through. I get a delivery error message from [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]

Both are working for me. Have you double-checked the phone number? In the second instance, it should be sent to the phone number @ vzwpix.com (looks like you left out the w).
We want to help you out as much as possible and we'd like to gather some more info so we can figure out what's going on. Is this part of a business or personal account? How do you usually use the vtext.com and vzpix.com services?
