vtext service not working

  As of sometime in the past couple weeks, the vtext service seems to have stopped working.  I utilize this for sending  alerts to my personal cell thru an automation program.  They all are delayed and eventually fail to send with  details like below

Has this service been suspended? What can I do to restore it if not?
