vz messages loading messages

installed desktop app. logged in with security code from text message.  It downloaded all messages on the 1st day, now i'm not receiving any new messages even after syncing. phone is iphone 6s

Also, please turn OFF iMessages on your iPHone and any other Apple devices if you are using Verizon Messages with them.
