Icmbjm, Verizon Messages is an awesome app. We always want to make sure you are able to use it. No worries, we are definitely here to assist. Have you checked in the Play store on the tablet to see if there is an update for Verizon Messages? If not, please do so. If there is one install it and see if that helps. Also, try uninstalling Verizon Messages from the tablet and then reinstall it. We have providedlinks below with the steps on how to check for the update and how to uninstall an app. Let us know if any of this helps.

You can't have attachments in e-mail replies, you have to post them on the forum:
The links also won't work when accessing them via e-mail notices of posts; they work for me when on the forum:

Are you on the forum when trying to open them rather than accessing them from an e-mail reply? Have you tried to copy-and-paste the links into your browser? Have you cleared your browser's cache/cookies or tried a different browser?

As noted earlier, that's why you're encountering an error. You need to be on the forum to open the links (or else try to copy-and-paste them into your browser).

It concerns us to hear you're receiving an error when trying to open the link, Icmbjm. Could you please copy the link and paste it directly on your web browser? Through this method, there should not be any errors, and you'll be able to complete the troubleshooting steps. After completing the steps, please let us know what you experience.
