HI nadesk,

When you hold down the Send button too long, it will pop up message delay settings. These delay settings are a part of the Scheduled Messages feature.  To prevent this pop up, please Tap the Send button rather than holding it down.

Check in your settings for a "Delay to send" option. I don't recall if Messages+ had that feature or not. It has been a long time since I have used it.... Perhaps a screen shot of it may also help....
