where did all of my texts go from verizon website ?

just logged in and my text app is blank , where normally it is full with all my messages . i had important photos and messages in there that i cannot lose .

this is right after i had to  choose some stupid picture for security reason on the website . wtf??????

please somebody help and do not tell me everthing was deleted cause ill go insane
