I am the owner of the plan. its a prepaid plan. i can see the detail for calls i dialed but cant see the details for calls i received (other than time) cant see number,,,, i also cant see the number for texts in or out?

I know how important it is to be able to manage your account and view the call and messaging details for your lines.

i know how u feel i have the same problem. i have a contract with verizion and we cant view the incoming calls other than date time like u said. verizion told us that it is where we are in the extended network. so all we can see are our outgoing calls. It is so frustrating.
