I have been trying for three weeks now to see my old and new text messages on verizon cloud and it does not work, even the deleted messages, when i go mycloud on my phone i see i have 1682 messages backed up but wont restore them, please help
Keeping your text messages safe is definitely important so I completely understand your concern Nickeygl33.
Are you using Verizon Message Plus? Have you been able to view these message on the Verizon Cloud before?
