Message + won't send or receive messages unless i am on wi-fi on my tablet.  want it to sync even on mobile data.

I love using Verizon Messages and definitely want them to work properly for you. Are you receiving an error while having WiFi turned off and attempting to send a message using cellular data? Are you displaying 3G or 4G LTE on your device? Please share additional details so we can better assist.
