Asurion Claim Notification Email - I haven’t filed a claim

We received two emails from asurion stating that we had filed a claim under claim# 506122046651 for a cell # that is not ours.   We have not filed any claims and of course I can’t see anywhere on the Asurion website to notify someone or to cancel it.  I would like to determine how this occurred and if some of our private information or account details have been shared or obtained somehow.  Any information that can be provided is appreciated.
