I went to file a claim to get my screen fixed. Its telling me to get a replacement.
When my wife filed hers, they set her up with someone to get it fixed. I think I may have pressed a box that i didnt mean too. Is there anyway to start over on my insurance claim? I dont need to replace my phone just get the screen fixed.
