How did I get this? Total Mobile Protection - Asurion for $10/month.

I never signed up for this and now it is on my bill? I recently purchased a new iPhone 6 and I don't remember any discussion about a protection plan. Now I am charged $10/month for something I do not want. How can I remove this from my bill?

This is something all carriers pull.

You buy a new device and you see Total Equipment Protection or another name for the insurance.

Some carriers will even say you must keep it if you are on a plan like EDGE. Don't believe it.

Call 1-800-922-0204 or *611 and have them take it off. Get a real confirmation/incident number for the call.

Good Luck
