I was promised a service refund in “5-7 days” almost a month ago. Does no one stand by their word?

My first, and I hope only, interaction for Total Mobile Protection was a nightmare. I lost two days of work due to their missed appointments just to find out “the part is not available for home repair and the tech should have informed you.” I pay WAY too much per month for this horrible service. I have proof by chat that my appointment was cancelled by the rep and I was going to receive a refund in 5-7 days. That was almost a MONTH ago and no one wants to take responsibility. I want my refund, an apology and at the least a complimentary service the next time I need one. As of right now, I would NEVER recommend anyone get Total Mobile Protection.
