Problems canceling Total mobile protection

I have been trying to remove total mobile protection from my business account for 10 months.  I call 611 and tell them I keep getting messages "try again later".  I called and have been told it has something to do with 911 and they are  escalating it and it should be removed in a few days up to 2 weeks.   I'm still being billed every month.  Anybody else had this problem?

Hello there SerenityAlpacas and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We can certainly understand not wanting to keep something you are no longer interested in using. To confirm, are you enrolled in the single plan for the insurance or the Multi-Family plan?
