I have been trying to get my cracked screen fixed since June.

07/10/2021 - First trip only after the technician showed up and did not have the correct part

I never heard from anyone and after bouncing around between and some 800 number, both telling me to go to the other, I reached out to Asurion on Twitter.

They did some magic and told me to file another claim at

Saturday, 09/11/2021 Your technician will arrive between 11:00 AM—01:00 PM and got a text at 11:18: Good morning! This is Asurion contacting you about your phone repair. Unfortunately we do not have your screen in stock. Please call Asurion at (866) 452-2005 to have your appt rescheduled.

Then I contacted them on Twitter again and some representative contacted via email saying:
 It appears your claim has been denied for Model not in use at time of loss.

Funny, as I have used the phone everyday for more than a year.
I have no idea what is happening for this at the moment but after being a Verizon customer for more than 15 years and paying >$10/month for this insurance, let me say I am not happy.
