My fiance and I have two lines. We were online managing our account when we discovered one phone had Total Equipment Coverage while the other had Total Mobile Protection. When we signed up for our plan, we had no intention of having different coverage packages on our phones. This was never explained to us. After reading through the differences in the programs, we decided we had no need for Total Mobile Protection, so we attempted to change the coverage on that line to Total Equipment to match the other line. We attempted to do this by removing the Total Mobile Protection and adding Total Equipment Coverage; however, after removing the mobile protection, we see no option for adding the equipment coverage. How do we resolve this issue?
I would call or Live Chat to have the option changed to what you want. This would be faster than trying to make several changes that might not be able to be reversed online. Just in case you removed coverage and were unable to re-add it.
